Another day, another battle or two!

Tammy's fever is being stubborn. It was pretty high over night and was hanging on this morning even with Tylenol. So, the docs are going to blast her with antibiotics and run more blood cultures to see what is going on. We need to continue to pray that she responds quickly. Infections can lead to other problems that we don't want to have to deal with. We can trust that this doesn't suprise God, so we are trusting him. It could be that it is related to the central line they put in a few days ago, but we don't really know.

The fever is not going to prevent the surgeons from doing the traecheotomy. (I really should check the spelling on that, but not sure that I can be bothered!) They have it scheduled at 12:00 tomorrow afternoon. For those of you not familiar with surgery schedules, that just means that it will happen sometime that day. So pray that everything will go smoothly. Also pray that there will be no infection complications at the site of the tube.

I need to keep it short today because we need to shuffle kids around town. I am trusting God will keep you safe today as you go.
