Well...

I wish I could say that things are better, but there really isn't much to say. She is at the same place that she was yesterday.

Her hand isn't looking marvelous. The circulation was poor for quite a while and we are hoping that we can see some improvement today, but the outlook for that isn't so great. We are all of the concensus that if ... IF ... the loss of a fingertip is necessary, there are millions who live without a finger tip or two, so...breathe or have a finger tip. To us, no contest! She may smack us for that, but I can't wait for the lecture!

Her fever is still high, but they are doing everything they can to try to keep it down. It is amazing how many antibiotics that one person can consume!

She still is kept asleep, so we don't know if she hears us when we yack at her, but we keep on talking anyway. We catch her up on who comes by and we read her the email and the cards that we get. We tell neice and nephew stories ... and a few Dad (Troy) stories too! We are so proud of her and how hard she is hangin' on! So, keep hanging in with us and if there is anything funny going on, let us know. We will be sure to tell her! Or you can come by and tell her yourself! You, any of you, are welcome to come by and visit. We have to scrub up and put on masks and stuff, but don't let that stop you.
